Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (full name, username, email, phone number, profile photo), wallet and transaction records, investment activity, referral activity, identity documents you submit for verification, and basic technical data such as device and log information.

Card numbers and Mobile Money PINs are never entered in QASH 5 or stored on our servers. Payments are handled by our licensed payment partner, which returns only a transaction reference, amount and status to us.

To operate your wallet and investments, verify and credit payments, prevent fraud, meet legal and anti-money-laundering obligations, calculate referral commissions, provide support and send service notifications.

We share data only with our payment processor, our hosting and database providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access controls so each account can reach only its own records. Identity documents and profile photos are kept in private storage accessible through short-lived signed links. Keep your password confidential.

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by financial record-keeping laws.

You can view and update your profile in the app at any time, request a copy of your data, or ask us to close your account and delete data we are not legally required to retain.
